The chapter was titled \u201cThe Phenomenon of Harassment and Its Effects on Society,\u201d and included a lecture given by Mr. Assist. Lect. Hussein Ahmed Abd.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">During the lecture, the lecturer addressed the definition of the phenomenon of harassment, its forms and the reasons for its spread, while highlighting its negative effects on victims and society.
