Innovative strategies for managing costs and analyzing financial data were highlighted, to ensure enhancing the efficiency of institutions and achieving their financial goals.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The course included a detailed explanation of several topics, including how to reevaluate assets and liabilities in light of price fluctuations, and using modern methods to prepare estimated budgets in unstable economic environments.
