Students Affairs Division <\/strong>The Students Affairs Division is one of the divisions administratively affiliated with the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs. It has a fundamental and important role in our institute, as it assumes a great responsibility as it is the department concerned with everything related to the student from the stage of his acceptance until after his graduation.<\/strong><\/h4>

  1. Admission and Registration Unit.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4><\/li>

  2. Authenticity Issuance Validity Unit<\/strong><\/span><\/h4><\/li>

  3. Documents and Endorsements Unit <\/strong><\/span><\/h4><\/li>

  4. Electronic Archiving Unit<\/strong><\/span><\/h4><\/li><\/ol>

    MImportant duties of the Students Affairs Division<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>

    1. Organizing the registration process for new students accepted into our institute at the beginning of each new academic year.<\/strong><\/h4><\/li>

    2. Distribution of students among academic departments according to the acceptance rate.<\/strong><\/h4><\/li>

    3. Monitoring CV. of students during their studies.<\/strong><\/h4><\/li>

    4. Issuing administrative orders for students\u2019 admission, failure, postponement, enrollment promotion, and graduation.<\/strong><\/h4><\/li>

    5. Issuing graduation documents and confirmations for graduating students.<\/strong><\/h4><\/li>

    6. Issuing graduation documents with degrees in Arabic and English for graduating students.<\/strong><\/h4><\/li>

    7. Answering questions about the authenticity of the issuance of documents and endorsements for the institute\u2019s students.<\/strong><\/h4><\/li>

    8. Archiving student files in the student archive.<\/strong><\/h4><\/li>

    9. Implementing and applied laws and instructions for students and following them up within the specified periods.<\/strong><\/h4><\/li><\/ol>
