It is one of the important departments in the organizational structure of Al-Rumaitha Technical Institute and therefore its main responsibility relates to the main axis (Academics and employees) as well as preparing students for primary and postgraduate studies

The Studies and Planning Division includes three basic units:

First/Planning Unit

It is a department specialized in drawing up future aims and plans and following up on their implementation, as well as unifying the quarterly activities of the institute, scientific and administrative departments, divisions and units and sending them to the university. 

Second: Data and Information Unit 

It is filling out and updating information for academics and employees through the statistical system for human resources, in addition to developing a mechanism for disseminating general culture through holding courses, workshops and seminars.

Third/ Statistics Unit 

This is related to collecting what has been accomplished by the units and divisions of the institute in addition to the plan. This unit includes preparing the university census and preparing the annual census.
