Within the framework of its training programs aimed at developing administrative skills and enhancing leadership capabilities, the Continuing Education Unit at Al-Rumaitha Technical Institute, in cooperation with the Accounting Department, organized a training course entitled: “Enhancing the culture of participation in decision-making.” The course was presented by Dr. Tariq Hatem Rahi, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs
The course aimed to highlight the importance of involving individuals in decision-making processes within organizations, and how to foster a participatory environment that contributes to improving organizational performance and increasing trust among team members. The course also focused on mechanisms for involving employees in strategic decision-making, and the impact of this on achieving institutional goals and promoting innovation.
This course comes as part of a series of activities organized by Al-Rumaitha Technical Institute with the aim of developing competencies and raising the level of administrative performance to contribute to achieving development goals.
