Job qualification It is a group of events and activities that are offered to college students and graduates with the aim of giving them the skills to search for the appropriate job and acquire the elements of success and career stability. We are also working on establishing partnerships with employment agencies.

 

Activities

        Qualification and     Employment Unit , in cooperation with the Continuous Education Unit at Al-Rumaitha Technical Institute, held a training course entitled “Solar Energy,” in which Mr. Amjad Hamid Hamzawi lectured.
 
The course aimed to introduce participants to the importance of solar energy as a clean and renewable source of energy, as well as ways to apply it effectively in various fields.
The course focused on the principles of solar energy, how to design and install solar energy systems, in addition to presenting the latest innovations and technologies used in this field.
 
This course comes within the framework of efforts to spread awareness about the benefits of renewable energy and contribute to building a more sustainable future.

The Accounting Department, in cooperation with Qualification,  Employment and Follow-up Unit, organized a workshop entitled (Modern Fields of Accounting), which was presented by Dr. Tariq Hatem Rahi, and the workshop topic highlights the role of development in information and communications technology, which is one of the factors of the knowledge economy in preparing accounting information, as it requires the current accountant to understand, use, evaluate, modify and design electronic accounting systems, and what electronic accounting programs and systems can be used. In completing the tasks assigned to them within a work environment that believes in the importance of information and communications technology as a basic pillar for the continuity of business units

 
Qualification,  Employment and Follow-up Unit at Al-Rumaitha Technical Institute held a workshop entitled Learning how to install a laptop.
The workshop touched on the concept of the operating system and the steps for installing the system on the computer.
This workshop aims to how to install an operating system on a computer for the first time and on a completely empty hard disk.

Al-Rumaitha Technical Institute, the Continuous Education Unit, in cooperation with the Qualification and Employment Unit, held a scientific symposium for students entitled (An introductory overview of the Qualification,  Employment and Follow-up Unit), delivered by Mr. (Sami Hatem Matar) in the presence of students from the scientific departments.

The symposium included an introduction to the work of the Qualification, Employment and Follow-up Unit, which is considered a key to bridging the gap between the requirements of the labor market and the institute’s outputs, the most important pillars of reducing unemployment, and the best means to support achieving sustainable economic development through qualifying students and graduates, using the most efficient methods and most effective systems in increasing their knowledge, and developing Their abilities, developing their skills and making them compatible with the nature of the work and compatible with developments in the contemporary business world, increasing employment opportunities, monitoring the performance of their work and achieving Their tasks, spreading the culture of establishing small private projects and supporting their success, and consolidating the values ​​of self-employment and its role in the leadership of students, graduates and society.
