The Continuous Education Unit at Al-Rumaitha Technical Institute organized a training course entitled: “Green Human Resource Management and its Impact on Organizational Sustainability,” in which Mr. Muhammad Raji lectured.
The course focused on presenting modern concepts of green human resources management and how to align them with global environmental trends. The course topics included strategies for promoting environmentally friendly practices within institutions, and their role in improving the efficiency of resource use and reducing environmental impact, which contributes to achieving long-term organizational sustainability.
