Rumaitha Technical Institute holds a symposium entitled (Violence against women)

The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit, in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Unit at Al- Rumaitha Technical Institute, held a planned guidance symposium entitled (Violence against Women) 

The lecture was delivered by Ms. Zainab Shaker Jubeir, head of the Women’s Affairs Unit, on the tasks of completing the topics of the symposium that she delivered to the students of the institute.

The symposium included several topics, including identifying the impact of violence against women in the family and the behavior of children in it, and the role of educational and psychological guidance in dealing with cases of exposure to domestic violence. 

The lecture showed that violence against women is a general phenomenon that has nothing to do with a specific society or culture, and is not linked to a specific social class.
